Lisa Bryant is a certified life coach that possesses a unique blend of excellent communication, leadership and training skills and a desire to empower people to change. She obtained a BS degree in Liberal Studies with a music education minor from West Chester University, a BA, and an MA in Theology from Jameson College and has a life insurance license from the states of PA/DE/NC. Lisa combined her love of training and education, financial and special education background to provide motivating special education and Title I workshops for various school districts, Head Start programs in New Castle and Kent Counties in Delaware. She has provided needs based training, plans, coaching and development to countless companies and Greek Letter Organizations to help position them to become agents of change in their organizations and communities. She has also served as a resource/coach for parents with children with special needs by reviewing Individual Education Programs (IEPs) and 504s plans and attending IEP meetings with the parents. She is an ordained pastor and independent recording artist that has ministered all over the country. Lisa was initiated in of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Theta Lambda Chapter and is the chaplain of Epsilon Omega Zeta chapter. In summary, she has over 26 years of professional experience and has shared her expertise with such Fortune 500 companies as the Vanguard Group, PNC Bank, and AIG and was a certified trainer at Bell Atlantic/Verizon Communications.
Thomas Nixon
Consultant
Thom is a respected higher education professional with over 25 years of collegiate leadership experience. He obtained a BS degree in Criminal Justice from Shippensburg University, an MS in Administration of Justice/Counseling (Higher Education Leadership) and is currently poised to graduate in December 2016 from Nova Southeastern University with an Ed.D. Education in Higher Education Leadership/Organizational Leadership. Thom has worked in various capacities at collegiate institutions within Pennsylvania and the surrounding areas. He worked as an Academic Advisor/CHAMPS/Life Skills Coordinator at Rutgers University-Camden, Director of the Multicultural Center at Bloomsburg University and Assistant Director of Housing & Residence life at John Hopkins University and worked at Cheyney University. He has also served as a campus advisor for Lambda Theta Phi Latino Fraternity and New Jersey State Director and Education Committee (Chair) of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc.
D.J. was born in Riverside, New Jersey, raised in Philadelphia, PA., and educated in the Philadelphia School System. After H.S., he joined the Air Force, serving as an Avionics Technician. After his honorable discharge, Mars Electronics International employed him as a Sr. Operations Technician. Upon leaving MEI, he became employed by Verizon. During the time of his employment, he became a member, and later President of the Communications Workers of America, Local 13100. In this role, he participated in the contract negotiations during the merger of Bell Atlantic and GTE, that became Verizon.
He is a certified life coach, team / servant leader and trainer with demonstrated strengths managing small to medium groups, while supporting administrative and technical requirements. His background includes heavy written and verbal customer communications and interface. He has proven experience developing and delivering detailed training programs and has been recognized for self-management ability, effective communications and negotiation skills. He has certifications as an ISO trainer, Quality Assurance instructor, driving instructor, “train-the-trainer”, mentor, team-builder, and motivational speaker. He received a B.A. in Theology from Jameson College an M.A. in Theology from Chesapeake Christian College. He is an ordained Pastor, independent recording artist, actor and songwriter.
Nico Bryant
Multimedia Coordinator
Nico brings a creative flair to LM Bryant Consulting as he creates cutting-edge designs. He has been developing logos, clothing and shoe designs for the past 11 years. He is a graduate of the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, where his major is MBET - Music, Business, Entrepreneurship, and Technology. His choice of educational institutions helps him as an artist, writer, producer, and designer. He recently toured in the UK with the group SOULiloquy, which includes "Steve does Music" and "Yoji," who lives in the UK.

How do we accomplish such a monumental task? We begin by listening. All communication requires that both parties be able to speak - but more so be apt to listen.
Our philosophy of change is based around working side-by-side with our clients and teammates to first foster great relationships and then to help them develop the solutions needed to become more productive.
